Thelma:

Chief Milford: I see you learn fast, good!

Thelma:
Mill May I please take my leave now? I didn’t tell my mom I would be staying out late

Chief Milford: Sure! So when am I seeing you again darling?

Thelma:
call me (she stands up)

That “barged in” saved your little ass (smiling mischievous)

Thelma:

Miss Grace:
Whatever Chief was about to do to you

Thelma:
Why didn’t you try and “save” me today then? Whatever I don’t care (sounding rude) anyways thank you ( She begins to walk out)

Miss Grace:
( to Thelma) be careful with Chief though (sounding with care).

(Thelma heard but didn’t bother to stop and ask why).

ACT FOUR

(In Becky’s house, inside Becky’s room)

Becky:
I told you Chief is the best

Thelma:
Yes you did....(Bringing out of her bag the cash Chief gave her).... Look! He gave me this!(she threw the money at Becky)

(Becky picked the bundle of cash and smile)

Becky:
Fifty thousand Naira

Thelma:
You just looked at it how did you know it’s just fifty thousand Naira? (She said sitting on Becky’s bed)

Becky:
Jeez girl, is this the first you’re handling such an amount?

Thelma:
(In a shy tone) kinda!!

Becky:

He said a little token to promise I won’t regret my decision on accepting his request

Becky:
Well that sounds nice, Have you two done anything yet? (Sounding intruding)

Thelma:
Becky! (Stands up from the bed looking at Becky)... I just accepted him today
