[The scene opens with Vector entering the room, wearing a weary expression and a hand pressed to his forehead in disbelief. Charmy, Espio, Amy Rose, and Silver are already assembled, their faces reflecting various degrees of concern and determination.]

Vector:
(weary) Eggman's army is like a force of nature, unstoppable. Without Sonic, folks are losing hope, giving in to despair.

Silver:
(resolute) Despair's a luxury we can't afford.

Amy:
(wistful) I still have this feeling, this dream, that Sonic is out there. Do you think he might be—

Silver:
(realistic) I'm an optimist, but I'm also a realist. Sonic's gone, Amy. And Tails... Tails is struggling. If we're gonna pull through, it's gonna have to be without them.

Espio:
(assertive) Silver's got a point. We've been holding out for a miracle these past six months, but maybe it's time we create our own.

Silver:
(grave) Eggman's got everyone under his thumb. If we wanna rally the people, we gotta show 'em strength ain't just about numbers.

Charmy:
(brightly) But not everyone's afraid, right? Isn't there someone new joining us today?

Silver:
(nodding) Yeah, a survivor from the city, I heard.

Amy:
(focused) Let me pull up the file...

[All eyes turn towards the main monitor as Amy accesses the new recruit's file on her computer, the screen filling with information for them to review.]
