INT. HARTLANE HIGH SCHOOL HALLWAY - DAY

Lev, Slim Z, Brandon, and Jentzen are walking in the hallway. Lev is wearing a Power Rangers T-shirt, and Slim Z notices.

SLIM Z:

Bro, you're 17 and you wear a Power Rangers T-shirt? How mid and childish can you be?

LEV:

It's not childish, it's for adults. And check this out.

Lev holds up a toy version of the gosei morpher, and Slim Z looks confused.

SLIM Z:

What the hell is this?

LEV:

It's my new gosei morpher.

SLIM Z:

Why are you holding the tiki transformer thing, bro? And it's not new, it's like 10 years old. And also, in 20 years, when you turn 30, you'll look like this.

Slim Z shows Lev a picture of a 30-year-old man holding a toy version of the gosei morpher. Brandon and Jentzen laugh.

CUT TO:

INT. MISS DELITE'S CLASSROOM - DAY

Miss Delite is teaching English, and the students are in class. Miss Delite leaves the classroom because the principal needs her.

SLIM Z:

Hey, everyone, look, Lev is wearing a Power Rangers shirt. Power Rangers is for little kids.

Everyone laughs at Lev.

CUT TO:

INT. LEV'S BEDROOM - DAY

Lev shows Slim Z and Jentzen his room. After Slim Z sees the Power Rangers toy morphers on Lev's shelf, he laughs and starts mocking Lev.

SLIM Z:

Look at all these transformers.

LEV:

Those are morphers.

SLIM Z:

Transformer, morpher, what's the difference? They're all mid, old, and lame anyway, just like your personality. You need to let it go. Nobody watches Power Rangers anymore.

CUT TO:

INT. HARTLANE HIGH SCHOOL HALLWAY - DAY

Slim Z is waiting for Brandon at his locker and snaps at him for taking too long.

SLIM Z:
What took you so long, man? I've been waiting here for 15 minutes.

BRANDON:
I was at class and I told you to wait at my locker

SLIM Z:
You weren’t at your locker

BRANDON:
I am at it now

SLIM Z:
(YELLING) But you weren’t then

They start bickering at each other in front of two girls.

CUT TO:

INT. SLIM Z’S HOUSE - LIVING ROOM - NIGHT

CALEB REYNOLDS and ANNIE BALTIC, Slim Z’s babysitters, are getting ready for a romantic evening out. They hired a babysitter, YVETTE, to watch Slim Z, his nine-year-old brother, BADER, and his one-year-old sister, SHAIKHA.

CALEB:
(to Yvette) And remember, if Slim Z gives you any trouble, just give us a call.

ANNIE:
(smiling) Don’t worry, Caleb. I’m sure he’ll be fine.

As they leave, Slim Z enters the room.

SLIM Z:
(unimpressed) Great. Babysitters again.

YVETTE:
(friendly) Hey, Slim Z! I’m Yvette. Nice to meet you.

SLIM Z:
(indifferent) Yeah, whatever.

As the night goes on, Yvette leaves the apartment multiple times for apparent errands, leaving Slim Z to take care of Bader and Shaikha.

SLIM Z:
(annoyed) This isn’t what I signed up for. Why did they even hire a babysitter if I’m the one doing all the work?

Cut to:

INT. RESTAURANT - NIGHT

Caleb and Annie are having a nice dinner when suddenly the restaurant is robbed.

ROBBER #1:
(threateningly) Nobody move! This is a robbery!

As the robbers loot the restaurant, Annie recognizes one of them.

ANNIE:
(whispering) Caleb, that’s my ex-boyfriend! We have to do something!

CALEB:
(nervously) What do you want me to do?

Cut to:

INT. SLIM Z’S HOUSE - LIVING ROOM - NIGHT

Slim Z is in charge of Bader and Shaikha when a man claiming to be Yvette’s baby’s father comes to the door.

MARIO:
(smiling) Hi, I’m Mario. I’m here to pick up Rochelle .

SLIM Z:
(skeptical) Really? We weren’t told about any pick-up.

MARIO:
(insistent) Please, I need to take my daughter home.

SLIM Z:
(uncertain) I don’t know…

At that moment, Yvette returns to the apartment.

YVETTE:
(surprised) Mario! What are you doing here?

SLIM Z:
(confused) Yvette, do you know this guy?

YVETTE:
(nervously) Uh, yeah! He’s My boyfriend.

SLIM Z:
(skeptical) Really? Because he just showed up claiming to be your baby’s father.

MARIO:
(angrily) What? That’s not true!

YVETTE:
(nervously) Oh, don’t mind him. He’s just a little confused.

SLIM Z:
(getting angry) Confused? He’s lying!

Suddenly, Caleb and Annie burst into the apartment.

CALEB:
(out of breath) Slim Z, something terrible happened!

ANNIE:
(urgently) We need to take the kids and get out of here!

SLIM Z:
(confused) What’s going on?

CALEB:
(exasperated) Annie recognized one of the robbers. They could be after us!

ANNIE:
(frantic) Come on, let’s go!

As they hurry out of the apartment, Slim Z turns to Yvette

SLIM Z:
She left us to go get a baby, but then when she came back, she burnt your chicken. So then, this guy came to the door asking for the baby. He said his name was Mario and he was the baby's father. So then when he left, she came back and the baby wasn't here. So then she went too get the baby back, her mother came the door looking for her and the baby. So then they had a big fight about where to live. She said she'd live at Mario's house. Who is Mario?! So then when she came back, she started braiding shaikha's hair. bader got to watch the game, you guys came back. She's trying to make it look like everything was all peachy and fine. It's not!

Caleb demands a refund from Yvette.

CALEB:
(to Annie)I told you we should’ve let slim z babysit (To Yvette)Girl, give me my money back.
