INT. OFFICE. DAY

( In the office Dr. Will standing and presenting his project to six other businessmen which are seated in a big table, all looking at Dr. Will | The office stands in sixth floor with city view seen from tall windows | Dr.Will is in early sixties, grey hair, wrinkles in the forehead, wears a tuxedo and white medical trench, close by is seen a white board where some blueprints of the prison are set to be build by the help of the gentlemen in the presence )

DR WILL :

Gentlemen, I have ordered you to come here for one purpose and I believe this purpose will unite our interestes. I ama doctor and you are business people. I help people while you make money. This year I will turn 62 therefore I want my career to have a turning point.

( Dr.Will rests a bit then continues with the speech )

DR. WILL :

Prisons of our country are overloaded with narcotic criminals, not only that, they are related to killing sprees,scaming others, stealing and drug dealing. Prison systems do not have technics to treat these people right, the do not even have much staff. They enter in a prison like a drug addicter or criminal and such way they go out of prison. It ain’t fair for a “drug dealer” after five year sentence to go out of prison and do the same crimes or bigger than that. This has to be treated with therapy and a helping hand of a professional staff. With the help of my colleagues, we can open a prison-rehabilitation center to achieve our goals.

BUSINESSMAN NR1 :

How are we going to do that ?

DR. WILL :

In a private prison center operated by us with federal governmental contract, we will be paid from the state to keep and heal the prisoners. Criminal percentage is in the high, the day will come when even earth won’t be able to keep them all.

EXT. THE HOSPITAL GARDEN. DAY

( After a year )

( From far prison-hospital is seen and Dr Will it seems he could obey businessmen into his idea. The work has started. Infront of the garden doors, security is present, in the garden prisoners are aligned doing their own routines, some are lifting weights, some are talking amongst each other, some are walking.. In one moment a van is seen hauling prisoners in the entrance of prison-hospital building. Two new prisoners have arrived, security checks them and the attention of the other prisoners is all on the newcomers.

Dr Will checks the security camera’s from indoors )

GUARDIAN OF THE MAIN PORT :

Hands up!

( checks the prisoners body )

GUARDIAN OF THE MAIN PORT :

Open your legs!

( checks between the legs of the prisoner )

INT. OFFICE. DAY

( The scene continues where Dr.Will is speaking to the businessmen )

BUSINESSMAN NR 2 :

Do you have any plan for this to be successful ?

Dr Will :

PLACEBO:

( Doctor Will puts his hand into the pocket of his white trench and takes out one “ placebo pill tablet “ for each of the businessmen that are present in the office )

Dr. Will :

Gentlemen, I offer you this pill to take it, I’ve made it myself in house conditions without any chemical, without any medical substance. The secret is “ water and sugar “ molded into a form to look like a tablet, there are other forms such as placebos, capsuls, syringe etc!

( After this clarification, the doctor makes a hand gesture that shows how to use the pill, he also takes one “placebo” for himself, the businessmen after they see doctor shoving the tablet they do it altogether in sync )

Dr. Will :

How do you feel ? ( in a teasing way )

( The businessmen confused and looking at the doctor like seeking an explanation why did they take this “pill” )

Dr. Will :

You don’t feel a thing, don’t you? As I told you beforehand that this was made from sugar and water but this information the prisoners do not have it. The brain catches information in the base of our senses. For example if a team of doctors say to a patient that this is the right medicament for the treatment for drug addiction, he will believe that and his brain will make it a true information by taking the dose of a SUBOXON medicament, the one that treats the opioid addiction. So this is the Placebo Effect and the pill that you took is a Placebo!

INT. HOSPITAL

( Dr.Lynda is treating a patient who is a prisoner and in a difficult condition, he is laying on the hospital bed and Dr.Lynda is giving him an injection with Placebo )

Dr.Lynda :

Now I am going to give you the injection and you will get better.

( Dr.Lynda is preparing the injection and pretending that she is making the medicament while actually she is only taking the placebo pill )

Dr.Lynda :

Force your arm!

( finding the veins )

( When Dr.Lynda injects the patient/prisoner, he seems to immediately look better )

Dr.Lynda :

Now lay down and rest, you’re good?!

The Prisoner :

Yes, I am good now.

INT. OFFICE. DAY

(Scene continues where Dr.Will is still talking to the businessmen )

Businessman nr 1 :

So, correct me if I am wrong, you’re saying that the prisoners can be treated only with sugar pressed into a tablet form and random salt ?

Dr.Will :

Isn’t that amazing? In the major wars when there was a lack of morphine, to stop the pain of soldiers placebo was used. The input of the syringe was all salt digested and injected into the veins. It is your brain which makes you think on what you see, nowadays we ain’t in ancient times but this is part of my research and in the future this could be something important to treat a bigger problem.

INT. RESTAURANT. NIGHT

(Dr.Dante and a person who leaves a taste of a criminal are seated by a restaurant table, talking a serious topic about huge amount of money that Dr.Dante can finish inside the prison/hospital )
