Maricel Soriano (born Maria Cecilia Dador Soriano; February 25, 1965) is a Filipina film and television actress. She has starred in numerous films covering different genres including comedy, fantasy (Inday series), horror, suspense, action, romance and drama. In addition to being an actress, Soriano is also a singer and has recorded several songs. In 1987, she performed a sold out concert titled "Hello, Hello Maricel" at the Araneta Coliseum. Besides her acting work, Soriano has also been a recording producer, owning Diamond Star Records in 1994 with Manny Valera and dissolved later on. One of her recording groups was Civil Eyes from 1994 to 1998.
