EXT. AJAN KLOSS - JUNGLE - DAY

[Animals chittering in distance as she’s practicing using the Force with Leia training her]

REY:
(softly) Be with me. Be with me. Be with me. (opens her eyes) They’re not with me. Ugh.

LEIA:
Rey. Be patient.

REY:
(sighs) I’m starting to think it isn't impossible.... to hear the voices of the Jedi who came before.

LEIA:
Nothing's impossible.

REY:
Nothing's impossible. I’m going to run the training course.

BB-8, I'm so sorry. I didn’t finish the training course. Got distracted. I’m just not feeling myself. I know it looks.... it looks like I’m making excuses.

LEIA:

REY:
I think I’m just tired. That’s all.

KAYDEL KO CONNIX: General.... the Falcon still hasn't arrived. Commander's asking for guidance.

[Rey hands back Luke’s lightsaber to Leia]

MAN:

WOMAN:

POE:

[BB-8 whines]

REY:

POE:

Han’s ship....

[referring to BB-8]

POE:
What'd you do to the droid?

REY:
What'd you do the Falcon?

POE:
The Falcon’s in a lot better shape than he is.

REY:
BB-8's not on fire.

POE:
What’s left of him isn’t on fire.

REY:
Tell me what happened.

POE:

REY:

Poe Dameron:
