INT. MOSIUS HEADQUARTERS - B3 - CLIFFORD’S DORM. DAY.

Clifford wakes up in his quarters, as soon as he wakes up, he looks around the room. Relieved and yet unused to this kind of waking up, remembering the incident from yesterday, Clifford looks at the clock, a hologram on the table, displaying the hour "08:30" and gets up from his bed. He goes into the bathroom, an adjacent room inside his dorm behind a white door with a teal led around it. Clifford brushes his teeth and washes his mouth in the black and white sink, combs his hair and looks at a skull pin on the blue-transparent shelf above the sink. He picks it up and plays with it. A flashback appears with him and an unknown boy in New York's Central Park, handing it to him and pinning it on his black shirt. Clifford tears the safety pin off the back of the pin and leaves the bathroom and throws it on the black bed. Clifford grabs his glasses and looks at his phone to notice he has 3 missing calls from Sarah.

CLIFFORD:

Sh*t!

Clifford opens his contact list and calls Sarah back, who is at the manor. Sarah's phone begins ringing and Callum picks it up and gives it to Sarah.

CALLUM:

It's Clifford!

SARAH:

What?!

Sarah grabs her phone and goes into another room to the right of the hallway, Tony's office. Sarah breathes deeply and answers the phone.

CLIFFORD:

Sarah! Hi, are you okay?

SARAH:

Clifford! Where are you? I was worried sick about you!

CLIFFORD:

It's a long story... Sarah!

SARAH:

Long story! Well you better shorten it! You go missing, no one has heard of you, your school doesn't tell us anything. What is happening, Clifford?

CLIFFORD:

Nothing-

Sarah interrupts Clifford and puts her hand on the forehead.

SARAH:

Oh my god! You were kidnapped, weren't you?

CLIFFORD:

What?

SARAH:

Is this why you couldn't get home last night?! Clifford, answer me! Where are you?

Clifford is annoyed already and frowns his brows.

CLIFFORD:

Sarah, I was not kidnapped!

SARAH:

Then where are you?!

Clifford gives up and tells Sarah.

CLIFFORD:

I moved out! Okay? I moved out of the Manor!

Sarah is shocked. She begins breathing slowly.

SARAH:

You what?

CLIFFORD:

I am sorry.

SARAH:

Clifford... You're kidding me!

CLIFFORD:

I am not, Sarah.

SARAH:

Mom and Dad will kill you.

CLIFFORD:

Tell them I am waiting!

SARAH:

What got into you, Clifford?! You know how our parents are with this stuff!

CLIFFORD:

Yeah well, I found a window of opportunity, and took it! My time in the Manor is over.

SARAH:

Clifford look...

Clifford cuts Sarah off.

CLIFFORD:

There is nothing left to look at Sarah! I cannot stay there any more! Not after yesterday!

SARAH:

I... I understand...

CLIFFORD:

Thanks... Sorry for yelling at you... But I've got to go.

SARAH:

Clifford wait!

Clifford stops right before pressing the hang up button and places it back at his ear.

CLIFFORD:

What?

SARAH:

I am going to expect a tour, you know?

Clifford smiles and scoffs, then picks his pin up from the bed again and looks at it.

CLIFFORD:

I'll see what I can do.

SARAH:

Good. See you soon.

Clifford hangs up and gets up from the bed before he begins humming. Sarah puts her phone in her pocket and exits his father's office. Callum approaches her.

CALLUM:

So... Did he tell you anything?

SARAH:

He did... Umm...

Tony and Kiara enter the room. Both angry and yelling at each other.

KIARA:

I don't know where that kid could've gone! Who do you think I am? His mom?

TONY:

That is literally who you are to him!

KIARA:

Well, I am sorry, but I do not know!

SARAH:

Are you talking about Clifford?

Both parents stop and turn around to Sarah then back to their bickering.

TONY:

No, honey. (to Kiara) Listen, I am going to call the police, try to find out what happened to him!

SARAH:

I know what happened to him!

Tony and Kiara both turn around at Sarah, Kiara approaches her and questions her.

KIARA:

Where?!

Sarah looks at the three of them, gulping and heavy breathing.

(SERIES’S INTRO STARTS PLAYING)

INT. REYES MANOR. DAY

Sarah sits down on the couch, the rest of her family standing up around her. Callum speaks first, while Tony holds his arms crossed and Kiara in her hips. The episode’s name appears on screen.

CALLUM:

Sarah... He really did so?

SARAH:

He said he did. That is what he told me!

KIARA:

That little rat!

TONY:

We just talked about this yesterday! He wasn't allowed to move out! He knew that!

KIARA:

Where could he even move though? His savings are here!

SARAH:

I don't know, okay? I barely could get this out of him and he got angry!

Sarah gets up and gets away from her family to grasp some air. Callum looks accusatory at Kiara.

KIARA:

What are you looking at me for, boy?

CALLUM:

You had something to do with it, didn't you?

KIARA:

No, I didn't!

CALLUM:

Don't play stupid! I heard you fighting yesterday in the kitchen! You want to tell me what was that about?

KIARA:

Your brother was just being disrespectful. And now he's crossed the line. I am calling the authorities to bring him home.

CALLUM:

No you are not.

KIARA:

Try me!

Kiara goes to get her phone when Callum throws a glass next to her, which smashes in a wall.

CALLUM:

No! You won't! You are not the one to make the decision right now! Clifford left because of you! If you put the authorities on him, you would just annoy him even more! Only Clifford will make the decision to return or not!
