The deadly murders

Act 1:
scene 1:

(Olivier’s pov)

[phone rings]

[Oliver picks up the phone to find her mum calling]

Oliver:
hey, mum what’s up?

Mum:
Olivier, where the hell are you?

Olivier:
I’m on my way home now, why? Is there something wrong?

Mum:
because you said you would be home an hour ago.

Olivier:
ye don’t worry I’ll be home in ten.

Mum:
okay see you soon.

[phone call ends]

[Olivier puts the phone in her back pocket and sets of walking again, when all of a sudden she hears a rustle behind her just when she’s about to turn around to find the source of the noise, she is suddenly hit on the back of her head, all she feels is numb, before she hits the floor and succumbs to darkness]

[somewhere in Virginia]

Olivier:
[starts waking up slowly] wh-where am I?

Killer:
shush don’t talk, were going on a trip

Olivier:
please don’t hurt me

Killer:
not yet, but very soon

Olivier:
wh-what please no [crying]

Killer:
shut up!

Olivier:
[cry’s silently]

Killer:
okay, its time

Olivier:
what are you going to do to me

Killer:
o, you will find out soon

[the killer ties Olivier to a table in a basement, he walks over to a desk full of sharp objects, and says]

Killer:
which one shall I use? Eenie meenie miney you [picks up machete and slowly takes big strides to a withering Olivier, he then takes the weapon and thrashes it into Olivier’s leg, where it bleads profoundly bleads, leaving her with half a leg]

Olivier:
[screams]

Killer:
ha! Ha! hush hush, nobody can hear you and nobody is coming to get you.

[Olivier continues screaming]

[getting fed up with her screaming, the man grabs a roll of duct tape and says...]

Killer:
hopefully, this will shut you up

[puts the tape over her mouth]

[he then starts working on her next leg, wanting to make her suffer, he then takes both legs, puts them on a tray and starts chopping them into pieces while she is watching. One by one, starts to eat them.]

Olivier:
[cry’s]

[a few hours later, there is no noise, not even a breath, all that can be heard is the drip of blood from the table to the floor]

[few days later]

[there is a call to the sheriff’s station from a frantic caller, who is insinuating, she has parts of someone’s limbs in a container in the fridge and some horrid smell wafting up from her basement, wanting someone to come and have a look because she is too scared and her husband is at work]

Police:
hello, deputy Sabrina speaking.

Frantic caller:
[voice shaking] there’s a weird smell coming from my basement and somebody limbs inside my fried, would someone please come out to have a look please, my address is 23 bill croft road number

Police:
I’ll send one of our deputies to your house as soon as I can ma’am.

Frantic caller:
okay, thank you so much.

[phone call ends]

[police get to the house and knocks onto the door; the woman opens up the door]

Woman 1:
sheriff I’m so glad you came

Sheriff:
well, it sounded urgent, can you show us please?

[the woman leads the sheriff and his deputies into the house and shows them the tubs full of limbs]

Sheriff:
this is really disturbing; how did you not know about this before?

Woman 1:
we have been on vacation but, we had to leave early because my husband had to go back to work

Sheriff:
[to the deputies] get the forensics’ here.

Deputy Sabrina:
ma’am would you show us to the basement please.

Woman 1:
yes, this way

[woman opens the basement door, where the disturbing smell is coming from.]

Woman 1:
I haven’t gone down yet because I am scared of what I will find

Deputy Sabrina:
that’s why we are here ma’am

[the deputy, then starts to creep down the steps, what she finds is disgustingly horrid]

Forensic:
where is the body?

Police officer:
basement

[the forensic gets the body from the basement]

Sheriff cook:
do you know who it is

Forensic:
someone called Olivier Johnson, age 17, goes to school at Charmaine school of performing arts

Sheriff cook:
oh my god! Her parents reported her missing this morning, there going to be distraught, lets head back to the police station and try and work out who he is or who he is going after next.

Deputies:
on it.

Act 1:
scene 2: Kaci Fitzgerald:

Kaci:
mum, would you drop me off at school?

Kaci’s mum:
no sorry, I must get to work

Kaci:
well, dad will…

Kaci’s dad:
nope, I have a meeting this morning

[a popular cheerleader, who has everything she wants but her parents don’t pay much attention to her. She has a boyfriend who is a star athlete (James Jones)]

[Kaci gets dropped off at school by the next-door neighbour]

Kaci:
hey guys, did you hear about the police finding that body earlier

James:
yeah, seems bad

Jacob:
whoever it was, probably deserved it

Madison:
it was Olivia

Kaci:
I thought she was out of town

Jacob:
no, she stayed at home instead

James:
wow, some people are sick, I bet it was that loner mason Moore

Kaci:
ok! Let’s not talk about it. It creeps me out.
