The Adventures Of Dean White (Final Draft/5th Draft 3/22/2020)

We open up on high schoolers having a party. We have several shots on couples making out, kids drinking, kids playing video games, as we get to Dean, our main character, who is sitting on the sink. He is on his phone.

Dean (as it goes dead): UGH.

Dean throws his phone on the ground.

Dean:
F***, I needed that.

He walks off, and sits on the couch. He is then puked on.

Dean:
Son of a b*tch!

Bill:
F***, Sorry Dean.

Dean:
Ah f*** you!

Bill (walking off): You’ll pay for this.

Dean:
What?

A girl named Cathy walks up to him.

Dean:
Look at you.

Cathy:
Look at who?

Dean:
You.

Cathy (starting to blush): Well, Look at you too.

Dean:
Dialogue!

Another girl named Dina walks up to them.

Dina:
Hey Dean.

Dean:
Dina!

Cathy:
Hey!

Dina (looking at Cathy oddly): Aren’t you the girl that--?

Cathy:
With a water gun.

Dean:
What with a water gun?

Dina:
Yeah…. (looks at Dean) You want to beat it out of here?

Dean:
I suppose I do.

Dean gets off the sink, and him and Dina walk off, holding hands.

Dean:
What with a water gun?!

Cathy looks at them, with a strong hint of Jealousy on her face. We cut to Dean and Dina, sitting on a car, parked on the cliff near a bridge.

Dina:
It is really neat.

Dean:
Huh?

Dina:
One second, you’re in Crump, TN, Next, You’re in Savannah, TN.

Dean:
I live in the latter.

Dina (laughs):
Same here.

Dean (rubbing his head): F***.

Dina (looking at him): What’s wrong?

Dean:
My f***ing head.

Dina:
Ah. What’s wrong with your head?

Dean:
I just, I don’t know.

Dean gets off the car, standing up on the ground, He lays his arms on the fence, as Dina walks up to him and does the same thing.

Dean:
I think I’m in love with you.

Dina:
What?

Dean:
I’ve been thinking about it for a while, I’ve been thinking about you everyday ever since we met, and I just overall, think I’m falling in love with you.

Dina:
I thought you said you liked Cathy--

Dean:
Well, You were dating that choppy motherf***er--

Dina:
His name’s Bobby.

Dean:
Well, I was trying to make you think something else.

Dina:
Why didn’t you just tell me? I know me and him were dating, but--

Dean:
Well, I don’t know. You were trying to get me with your sister, but she’s, Well, She’s a f***ing whore, I’m sorry.

Dina:
Well, Yeah. She is.

Dean (chuckling): I thought you were going to defend her.

Dina:
Well, It doesn’t mean I’m related to her that I have to defend her.

As Dean grabs Dina and begins making out with her, We cut to Dean sneaking in the house, when Lia claps and the lights turn on, with her in the dining room, sitting, looking at Dean.

Dean:
Motherf***er.

Lia:
Well, Well, Well. You snuck out.

Dean:
There was a party.

Lia:
A party?! Dean, I told you not to sneak out, unless--

Dean:
I told you not to sneak out, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH! Listen to me for once, woman! I’m sorry! Your reason for not letting me go is f***ing retarded!

Lia:
You don’t curse at me!

Dean:
What?! It is just a f***ing word! You’re acting like I’m a f***ing terrorist!

Dean throws his backpack on the ground, Lia gets up.

Lia:
Stop it, Deanlow Kade White!

Dean (pointing in his face): Don’t call me by my full name for no good reason--

Lia:
Who the f*** do you think you are?!

Jesse (in his underwear): What the f*** is going on?!

Lia:
Our son snuck out.

Jesse:
Dean?

Dean:
What?!

Lia:
And he’s been cursing at me!

Dean:
Ah, Just shut the f*** up!

Jesse:
DEAN!

Dean (pointing in his face): You shut the f*** up!

We cut to Dean walking in a Walmart. He is holding a pill bottle of Tylenol, taking pills out of it as an employee walks up to him.

Dave:
We close at one, sir.
