- Nelson-Hey remember when you used to wrinkle your nose at me every time you looked at me?

-Diane-Yes, what of it?

- N-I used to practice that in the mirror to see what it meant.

-D-And your conclusion?

- N-nothing it still boggles me till this day

- D-It's a girl thing I did the same thing every time you'd smirk

- N god you girls

- D- what (splashes water at Nelson)

- I have a question

- N- sure

- D- Do you think we'll get married when we're older?

- N- Duh that's why I'm at this waterbed with you to speed up the process

- D- do you promise?

- N - always

- D-Okay mark it on this day we'll get married and we'll have a ranch and 20 kids and we'll be superheroines.

- N- well ill be a hero because I'm of course a guy if you want me to help administer those kids of ours

- D- eww Nelson

- N- you eww

- D- deal

- N- deal

- D okay but can we work on that kids thing before the ranch

- N- Diane I am not a piece of meat

- (They both laugh)

- N- I'll always find my way back to you

- (Ten years later)

- You don't look to bad

- Well you look awful so of course I'd look good

- Still have jokes

- Yea and I still have more money than you

- Yes you do and it always just brings you right back to me doesn't it Diane

- Well if you cared a little bit more maybe I would have let you have some

- I never wanted that from you and you know that

- Than what did you want

- Embarrassingly looks away

- Same Nelson

- I wanted us

- Us

- No you

- You wanted what

- I wanted to be with you Diane

- I didn't know else to say it or write or fricken look it up on google translate my emotions

- I just wanted you

- Then why not just say it

- Because it would be too true to admit that I could be free of all this pain if I'd accepted that I just loved you

- That's it you were too afraid to love me

- I was to afraid not to out of fear of what I'd become.

- I didn't want to be an angry bigot

- Or millionaire I just wanted my piece of you

- Men are so stupid uggghhhh

- Then why didn't you tell me that you loved me

- Embarrassingly looks away

- Aha see not so easy once the shoe is on the other foot.

- Don't flip this on me this is about you mister hot shot tattoos and sexiness and smarts

- Is that supposed to be a taunt

- Look Diane I'm not saying I'm perfect but I'm sure as hell not saying that you aren't

- Stop speaking in riddles

- That's all I know how to speak with you

- You make it so damn hard to love you when it should be easy.

- Damnit Nelson you make it so hard to love you

- Because it's damn near impossible living without you that's why it's so hard

- It's hard for me too

- So why don't we just make it easier on ourselves and just let it be.

- Let it be, really?

- Remember I'm trying to make it easier on us, it would be helpful if you started contributing.

- I'm sorry to hear about john I know you loved him Diane

What do you want me to say I've been terrible so sad and lonely since you left can't eat sleep or do anything without you that's not cliche like you want it

- do you know what it's like sleeping in a bed without you?

- Nights turning into days until you lose track of what you were living for

- It's not how I imagined living Nelson

- Same Diane

- Can I make you breakfast?

- Hell yes and don't forget the bacon

- In farm house

- So can we go down to the water bed

- Wow haven't been there in a long time it's only been 365 days

- Yes but

- What your hair might get wet?

- O Diane your so funny

- Did you ever think there would be the day

- It just seems too good to be true.

- Just focus on the bacon.

- Diane looks at Nelsons sweat dripping from his body.

- Nelson looks back and sees Diane look away.

- Nelson- you know I can turn the heat up and make it extra crispy for you.

- Diane caught- I'd bet you would like that, don't burn it.

- Let it burn Nelson flips the bacon and Diane sees it slow motion.

- His white beaming smile.

- She curls her lips.

- He tightens his

- Then he puts the bacon on her plate and says is that hot enough for you.

- She Places the fork inside his well cooked bacon and says just how I like it.

- I'm also good at flap jacks.

- I could flap your jack sometime.

- I don't think you could jack anyone's flap with those small arms

- Meaning she likes the way his arms look

- I bet these arms could do a lot to those hips

- Try it

- I'm not that jumpy I'll make you wait for desert.

- She admires his gentlemen like nature. She wants to jump him but he wants to make it special for her.

- He didn't know he'd be seeing her

- He misses her
