He is the security guard of the casino.

Tanaka-San.

Welcome.

He can slip through anything

using his Phase-Phase ability.

Okay, let me have your hands please.

Awesome!

We slipped right through!

So this is the VIP room?

What's up with this place?!

Okay, place your bets!

Here goes!

So by "special gamble"

you meant rolling dice?

Indeed.

Whoa, hey.

Even the navy's here?

No kidding! Crap!

Please do not worry.

The Gran Tesoro is a special location

permitted by the World Government.

There's a rule forbidding marines

from touching pirates here.

Huh.

Now I get it.

All ready?

We now begin!

Who's this clown?

He's dice.

He's got a reputation as the champion

of the underground death match shows.

He was so strong that he

lost people to play against.

So we've appointed him in

charge of being the dealer here.

Yes!

Yes!

So powerful!

He's going to strike that bell!

Fight!

He jumped!

Even more?!

Oh yes!

What's the point of the axe!?

Feels good!

And we have a winner!

What do you think? Exciting, isn't it?

I don't really get it.

Well now, you'll have to bet

three times your chips.

Three times?!

This is our big change

to become billionaires!

Yeah but...!

I can see why you become billionaires here!

Alright, we bet it all!

Wait just a minute!

Yes!

Feels good!

And we have a winner!

Sweet!

Wow!

Bought and sold!

As expected of you, Master Luffy.

Your luck is quite superb.

We can do this! I can

really become a billionai...

Calm down!

Master Tesoro!

It's Master Tesoro!

My, my. Welcome to the Gran Tesoro.

Are you all enjoying yourselves?

Who the heck're you?

Pardon me. It's a pleasure to meet you.

I am the owner of this ship, Gild Tesoro.

So you're that Casino King dude!

Well, I'm gonna be Pirate King!

Why're you getting all worked up?

Wow, it's truly an honor to have

the future Pirate King aboard my ship!

So, how about it?

Would you like to compete against me?

Compete?

If we go about it, how

about using these rules?

If you should win, I'll give you an

investment worth ten times your earnings.

T-Ten times!?

Of course, should you lose, you'll earn

debt ten times your earnings.

You see, I'm simply disgustingly rich.

It doesn't rustle any excitement

if I don't raise the stakes like this.

So what will it be?

Sounds good! I ain't gonna lose!

Hey, is this gonna be all right?

All we can do now is roll the dice.

I believe in Luffy's luck!

Okay, here goes!

I bet it all!

As expected of Master Luffy.

What an admirable max bet.

Luffy, wait!

I simply respect people like you.

Fight!

Hey, how'd it go?

Yes!

Huh? I lost.

You're kidding.

Luffy lost?

Well, that was a fine performance.
