My intention in making this film was

neither to justify the superstition..

..nor to contradict the science

lt's just an effort to horrify you!

that's all

Oh gosh! Dear!

Come on

Gardener

lt's total 10 acres

There are 30 to 40 coconut trees

City is just 15 km away

There is no problem for children's school

Siva-Siva's school is nearby

it's just 2 km distance

You don't need to see

it's a beautiful location

Take care!

-What is this!?

-Swimming pool

-l meant why there is no water?

-Because nobody is staying here

-ls there any water problem?

-No, 24 hours water supply is there

-What is on the other side?

-2 acres of grape garden

Can l see inside?

Sure

Please come inside

-Hall is big!

-lt's 40x50 site-lt's good

lt's lavish and beautiful

-What is there this side?

-lt's a door

-lt's dark, l can't see

-l will open it

-How many bedrooms are there?

-Two-Where?

That is one bedroom

-The house is nice

-Do you like it?

-Yes, but Rs.18 lakh is..

-You can bargain if you like it

Who is that man?

He is the gardener and dumb

he is living here for a long time

He is a very good man

He stays here 24 hours

He can do all your home and garden works

l said several times not to touch the TV

l wanted to watch the cartoon TV

You can't watch it whenever you wish

There is one more hour left

lf you finish your meal now

Both of us can watch cartoon

-Have it

-l don't need-You shouldn't say like that

l will be feeding you blindfold

and you should eat fast, ok?

First, your aunt's handful

Mashing!

1 , 2 and 3!

Now it's mom's handful

Mashing! 1 , 2 and 3!

Now it's dad's handful!

Mashing! 1 , 2 and 3!

What is this dear!?

You said, dad's handful!

How could you do it in front of the child?

Seems you are in good mood today!

You would feel happy if l tell the matter

-What is this?

-lt's your son's mischief!

Tell me the matter?

-You got your favorite house

-Really!? When and where?

First kiss me!

-Tell me.

-Ok

-Do you know Bhacharlla?-We had been

to a hotel day before with Chinni?

2 Kms from there a first

class farm house

Rate is higher than our budget

We shouldn't miss that

Mom said l could withdraw Rs.5 lakh

from dad's bank account if l need it

lt's unfair to trouble parents-in-law!

There is nothing wrong in

asking when money is urgent

That money had been saved

for Mahi's marriage

lt's improper to take that money

Tell me, is it right or not?

-What about my gift?

-That is after buying the house

Why don't you give in advance

Mom, dad what are you doing inside?

l was just enquiring the rate of onions

lt's 2 rupees

Where is Mahi?

Can't you see me?

Why are you late?

l have been waiting for you

-Did your college end late?

-l couldn't get the bus

l told you l would drop in my bike

-What if any of my friends see?

-You should tell them, l am your friend

-l am feeling shy!

-Why do you feel shy?

-lf you don't mind,

l would say one thing-Tell me

Stop calling with respect. Everyone

in our Bheemavaram speak like this

-lf you don't mind,

one more thing-What?

We haven't heard about

Bheemavaram in our Karim Nagar

We haven't heard

about Karim Nagar in our Bheemavaram

l was kidding, you got serious

-Hell with it

l won't be kidding anymore

-lf you don't mind,

one more thing-Tell me?

-You look very nice

in this dress-Thanks a lot

-How do l look in this dress?

-You look nice

-l am feeling shy

-What are you staring at?

What are you staring at?

-Rascal! What are you staring at?

-What are you. . .

-l will hit you-Be calm

-Go away-Don't hit him

Go away!

-Why do you behave like this in the road?

-Do you want me to hit him in his house?

l am Panjagutta gangster

people are scared of me

-How dare he stares at my girl friend!

Get lost-Please don't-l would kill you

Ok, for your sake . . .

What is your programme tomorrow?

Nothing. Tomorrow is Sunday

Do one thing Tomorrow morning

you are going to a friend's house.

Let's go to a film

Oh gosh! My sister would kill me

if she come to know

You are leaving without answering me

Listen, one should have

guts to come up in life

-Ok, l will try

-Not trying,

Say you are coming

Ok

She is sharp!

l am lucky to have her!

You have broken the nice doll!

l did nothing, l just

operated and it fell down

How could it stay there if keyed?

Don't you have any sense?

Don't scold me, Other day even you

have broken the plates!

l can't argue with you

Why are you dull?

Mom scolded me

You shouldn't get angry for that

-Look here, see what l have brought

for you. -Thank you aunty

Don't buy him chocolate

he wouldn't eat properly

No problem

Do you know, your brother-in-law

has bought a garden house?

-Where?

-Nearby the city

Now my wish has been fulfilled

Mom, let me play here

-Be careful, you may fall down

-Go a bit slow!

-Be careful

Up to that fence is our farm

-What about water in this?

-l will fill water and push you in it!

-We even have a grape grove there-Sister

l will take the last bed room-Let's go

This hall is 30x40, isn't it good?

One bed room over there

lt's pretty big!

-Come here.

-This is your empire

-lt's nice, then

-Beside one more bed room is there

lt's for Mahi

-l will have this bed room

-Let me have a look first, then we will

decide-Please sister, let me have it

Garden looks splendid from this window

The doll looks very nice!

Narsingh, why have you come now?
