3 Hours till Dead

Synopsis: An AWOL soldier with PTSD goes into hiding. Along with his brother and a few friends they retreat into a rural farm area unaware that the outside world has stopped functioning. On their way back to civilization, his brother is attacked and bitten by an infected farmer. The brother quickly turns into a rabid animal and lives for exactly three hours. - Why are you apologizing?

- Mikey.

Can you stay out of our business?

Can you not stop ruining our trip?

Mikey, stop.

What? This little shit

is pulling down the mood.

- Mike, please.

- Fine, whatever.

You're still blaming me for

Sherry's death, aren't you?

Yes, I do. And it's "mom".

She was your mom, too.

You ran away when

she needed you the most.

You never even saw her at her worst.

See? Mama's boy.

I didn't know she was sick.

I mean, what do you want me

to say here, man?

Nothing. She's dead now.

And, yes, I did love my mom.

She's just joking.

Hey, Joe, did you tell them?

Stew, please.

Sorry to interrupt this

little family feud going on,...

...but us here in the back

have had enough of it.

We're on holiday.

You're right, you're right.

I'm sorry about that.

What's that?

I don't see anybody around here.

Whoa, is that blood?

Don't touch anything.

- Did he say blood?

- What?

- Hello?

- Shut up.

What? Somebody might need some help.

Looks like a struggle or something.

Hey, they might still

have gas in the tank.

What are you gonna do?

Suck it out with a tube?

You just put your

fingerprints all over it.

It's a crime scene.

I don't wanna get deported.

Relax. We're gonna move on.

No. We can't just leave

this like nothing happened.

What are you talking about?

Nothing did happen.

We're leaving now.

- No, he's right.

- Yes, so let's go.

No, stew is right.

- I am?

- Yeah.

Soon as we find a phone,

we're gonna call this in, okay?

You're crazy.

All right, let's go.

- Thanks, Joe.

- What's going on?

- We're getting out of here.

- Was anyone hurt?

This is why we need our phones.

Hey, there's blood on my shoes.

Oh, you idiot.

I've got some in the back.

Get rid of them.

What do you think happened, Joe?
