When CHECK-TASKS is executed, it identifies the tasks to remind based on the current date and sends an email notification ONLY IF THE NOTIFICATION HAS NOT ALREADY BEEN SENT ON THE SAME DAY. The idea is to execute CHECK-TASKS AT BOOT TIME (OR SESSION START TIME for users that do not have administrative privileges), so in case of several boots in one single day, the notifications are only sent at the first boot.
