With this script users/guests on your website can vote for a Poll. They can select from multiple options. Only one vote per IP can be voted (within a pre-specified time), but many a times it may happen you have many users from 1 particular IP and if one user votes then others from the same IP are not able to vote from that IP. So, here you can set a time limit after which a vote from IP can be consider again.
