nSys is system for publishing news articles, made with PHP and FLAT files, no databases needed. Script installation is very simple, you have to fill in a simple form with your user name, e-mail and password. Script automatically creates required files and sets CHMOD permissions. You can add as many users as you want, and set levels for them, from 1 to 99. Levels work in way that you can edit or delete news only made by users with lower level. Also you can add, edit or delete only users with lower level. So possibilities are many, and it works as very good controlling mechanism. You can make as many categories as you want, and it's easy to implement news on your site. You don't need to have any PHP coding knowledge. You can globally forbid comments, or for specific articles. You can alter the look of news articles by editing CSS files, everything is set with CSS.
