Phpwebfilemanager is a multi-platform compatible program with options to upload, delete, copy rename, sort and sub directory creation. Included as well locale language support, currently only 'en-us' and 'de' is implemented. Not meant to be a full blown FTP application, rather an application for end-users. Similiar to Yahoo!
