You just have to put all images in to images dir they must be jpg (jpeg) format. The max Pic Size 500 ¤ 374 pixels. (image will be well centered at this size) Pictures have to be named picture1.jpg,picture2.jpg etc ... -UPDATES: Flash Gallery is updated now includes text files for each picture there you can put description for each image ... just move the mouse over info and description will show up.
