The Work Order Processing System available from Network-Technologies is new software written in PHP. Our system enables you to quickly setup a work order/ticket tracking system multiple branches. The program is currently configured for computer shops but can be adjusted to most business in need of a reliable ticket processing system.The free edition does not come with the Onsite Scheduler Program and will only work for one branch.Currently these functions are supported:- Add Customers with Billing and/or Shipping Address- Computers checked in are assigned to a Customer- Program creates a special Work Order form to be printed which has a customer signature fields.- The printed work order form has tickets printed at the bottom which can be cut and taped to items.- Computer history by Customer- Full Customer Database Search- Get the status of any ticket with one mouse click.- Steps can be assigned to tickets, Checked, On Bench, Awaiting Call, Ready For Pickup- The Work order form allows you to search all repair tickets for phrases, use it as a solution database- On site Appointment Scheduler
