The jab:ITS PHP/MySQL Incident Tracking System provides a browser-based means of tracking and reporting customer support/help issues and occurrences. jab:ITS features include: User registration and login; List of incident items, with a maximum of x number of items per page; Ability for customers to add and modify their own incident items; Ability for administrators to modify any listing; Ability to search incident items database by customer, product, keywords, etc.; Email notification for customers and/or administrators; Message posting for issue discussion; Full PHP source code included!
