SitePanel is a fully-featured enterprise level support and information centre for businesses and their clients. Providing all of the features you'd expect from a complete support solution. The SitePanel knowledge base features unlimited tiering, full-text searches, a user comments and post rating system. SitePanel will suggest solutions to a clients problem from the knowledge base when they are creating a new support request. SitePanel's advanced ticketing system allows all support requests to go through a single managable source and includes support for unlimited staff, departments and custom field options. SitePanel allows you to configure exactly which tickets your staff should have access to, providing a high level of control over your entire support operation. SitePanel can acquire tickets via POP3 and IMAP accounts or via an email piping system. This provides a completely seamless support experience for your clients as they can simply use their own email clients to resolve tickets or they can choose to use the web-based user interface. The sophisticated parsing engine is completely customisable and can deal with attachments, HTML mail and even filters out SPAM. Also included with SitePanel is our new TicketCheck2 desktop application allowing you to keep track of your support centre without having to even have a web browser open.
