Comment Script is a script that allows comments to be left on any existing PHP or HTML page. By default, the script shows name, e-mail, homepage, title, and comment fields, though any can be disabled. The "comment" field is mandatory and must be filled out before the form can be submitted. In order to prevent the script from being abused by automatic spam bots, you can enable the CAPTCHA feature. The script then asks your visitors to enter a text they see in the image below the comment form into an input box. It also features an admin area where comments can be edited and deleted and the front-end language set. Pabox is multi-platform compatible. Before you understand a word on this site, it might help to know what PHP is :) PHP is another programming language, like the various forms of C and Visual Basic and the many other programming languages out there. All programming languages have one common goal: Make a program to tell the computer to do something (Example: Some form of C made Windows to tell the computer to crash and lose all your data.) But PHP, Perl, ASP, ColdFusion, and a few others (Web Programming Languages) are different than C and Visual Basic - Web Languages enhance or add features to a website, not just your computer. For example: paFileDB adds a download system to your website. Instead of you having to create a bunch of HTML files for each download on your site, you install paFileDB, add data to its database, and it will dynamically create a page based on whatever download the user chooses. A forum is another example. Instead of users having to e-mail posts for you to add to the site, they fill out a form on a webpage, click a button and their post immediatley appears on the webpage without you having to do anything. If it wasn't for web programming languages, the internet would be the same way it was 15 years ago; plain web pages with no dynamic content.
