FlashChat is a simple, customizable chat room that anyone can add to a PHP/MySQL-enabled website. It includes support for multiple chat forums, administrative controls, file-sharing, multi-byte languages, and IRC-like options, including /ban, /ignore, /alert, and dozens more.
