The most important properties of the product:- Booking possibility of names, surnames, prepayment, number of people (adults and children separately), comment and other data.- Editing and deletion of reservations, search for reservations according to different criteria, e.g., object, object group, editor, reservation type (reservation, occupancy), year, month.- Apply, edit and delete editors. I.e., apart from system administrator, several editors can be applied that are responsible only for booking. Each editor can manage only his or her own bookings, while the administrator can govern all bookings. This function can be changed or extended according to your wishes.- Print the booking plan and the booking list or both together. In order to do this definite browser settings must be applied. Further information you will find in chapter ‚Print’.- Days, on which one occupancy period ends and the next starts, are depicted respectively, also when it concerns days on which an occupancy changes into reservation, and reservation – into occupancy.- Display object groups in month view. The group may be either determined in settings and then called up per URL with parameter "index.php?group=1" or be invoked directly by URL, e.g., "index.php?objects=1,2". Any objects can be specified and indicated. With the parameter "index.php?objects=1,2&group_name=Hotel am Strand" the name of the group can be determined by the URL.- In the second version of Zibepla there is a search function for free objects. Definite settings must be specified for each object, e.g., object type (single room, double room, etc.), service type (breakfast, full board, etc.), and so forth, so that search would function correctly. The types of objects or services can be defined in admin account under “Language settings -> Fixed variables”. The script for search is "search.php" and can be called up here.- All error messages can be defined in admin account irrespective of language. So in English version error messages appear in English, in German – in German, etc.
