This sliding slide-show will pick all pics from a given directory and scroll them from right to left. It can actually take hundreds of pics and will load quite fast all the same. The trick is to load the pics in groups so the slide show can start without first having to load all of the pics. Instead it will start after the first group of pics has been loaded.You can adjust the height, width and speed of the slide show, present the pics in alphabetical, reverse alphabetical or random order. You can mix .gif, .png and .jpg, only the pics must all be of the same size.
